HOTSY MANURE TREATMENT
PRODUCT PASSES TEST WITH
FLYING COLORS
Independent tests were
conducted by Minnesota Valley
Testing Laboratories, Inc. on manure
treated with Hotsy MTP at
the Cedar Hill Dairy in Kansas.
A “before” sample was tested in
November 2016 and an “after”
sample was tested in April 2017.
The reduction of anaerobic microbial
action from using Hotsy MTP reduces protein
fermentation of the manure and subsequent loss of
ammonia. What does this mean? Greater retention of
organic nitrogen in the effluent, and therefore greater
fertilizer value of the manure. Farmers will not need to
purchase and apply as much nitrogen to their fields,
resulting in savings.
If the farmer sells his manure to others for fertilizer,
he will get a higher price for it with verified higher
nitrogen percentages. Hotsy MTP pays for itself! Hotsy
MTP also reduces dangerous hazardous gases such
as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and methane, quickly
reduces odors, flies and leads to happier healthier animals.
While we realize that Hotsy has not been in the
manure business very long, we have been selling
pressure washers to dairy and hog farmers for years.
We can now approach a farmer and offer these products
which will not only save the farmer money, but
MAKE him money as well.
