Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of college
• CSR experience
• Knows CRM Software
• Takes Ownership

Hotsy Minnesota is looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.  Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls and mail
• Maintain customer database
• Manage BWW activities
• Manage Sales activities

Part time/30hrs per week/$11-15/benefits
